The Old Boat Shed provides a perfect base for those wanting to explore the North Cornwall Coastline with amazing walks, beaches and its extensive range of places to eat and drink.

The space

The Old Boat Shed is a brand new studio apartment consisting of 1 double bedroom with separate dressing area, lounge, en-suite shower and fully fitted kitchen.
The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with Siemens dishwasher, induction hob, fan oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine, which include 4 coffee pods to get you started or if you're a tea drinker then some tea bags will also be provided!
The Lounge has a Samsung Smart TV, Alexa Pod, a DVD player and a selection of films, plus a few books and board games for those Cornish rainy days!
Outside you can relax in the private courtyard which has outside dining, BBQ and an outdoor cold shower.

Guest access

Guests have access to their own private courtyard in which you can relax, dine and wash off those wetsuits and sandy toes after returning from one of the local beaches

Other things to note

Accommodation has private parking for 1 vehicle.
Towels are provided, however you will need to bring your own Beach Towels.
Most mobile networks will connect.
Windbreak, Mallet & 2 folding Beach Chairs are provided for your use.
A small starter pack which includes a pint of milk, tea bags, coffee pods and a little welcome surprise will be provided for your arrival.
